Mheshimiwa Halima Mdee acharuka baada ya ripoti ya Bunge ya ukaguzi wa hesabu za serikali kuonesha kwamba kuna mchezo mchafu unaofanywa na viongozi wa serikari za mitaa pamoja na madiwani na mameya wa jiji.Serikali inapotoa fedha kwa ajili ya shughuli za maendeleo,fedha hizo zimekuwa zikitafunwa vibaya mno.Badala ya kutumia fedha vizuri,pesa zimekuwa zikichotwa kwa kiasi kikubwa kisha kiasi kidogo kilichosalia kutumika katika mradi uliokusudiwa.Mheshimiwa alitoa mfano katika Wilaya ya Monduli ambapo Milioni 34 zilitolewa na serikali kwa ajili ya kujenga nyumba ya mwalimu lakini viongozi husika walitafuta mfadhili ambaye aliijenga nyumba hiyo kwa gharama zake mwenyewe.Haijulikani hadi sasa mamilioni hayo yamekwenda wapi.

Katika hali ya kushangaza,Mheshimiwa Mdee alitoa pia mfano wa hasara iliyosababishwa na Meya wa Manispaa ya Kinondoni baada ya kukataa ushauri wa madiwani na kufanya maamuzi yake binafsi hali iliyoisababishia serikali hasara ya zaidi ya shilingi milioni 800.

Mchezo huu umekuwa ukifanyika kwa kasi sana ambapo ripoti za utekelezaji zinaonesha kwamba pesa zilizotolewa zimetumika ipasavyo lakini hali ni tofauti pale ambapo miradi tajwa ilitembelewa na wanakamati hao. Mfano ripoti moja ilisema kuwa bati 70 zimetumika kujenga choo lakini kamati ilipodai kuona choo hicho ilikuta ni bati 3 tu zilizotumika kujenga choo.Wizi Mtupu!!! Mchezo huu umekuwa maarufu sana hapa kwetu Bongo,serikali kuweni makini na mchezo huu.

Habari toka chanzo chetu zilidai kuwa, tukio hilo la aibu
lilitokea wiki iliyopita (Alhamisi usiku), ndani ya Club
Billicanas Posta, jijini Dar es Salaam, ambapo kulikuwa
na usiku wa kinadada ambao huruhusiwa kuingia bure huku
wanaume wakilipa kiasi kidogo taofauti na siku zingine.

Ilidaiwa kuwa, awali Chid akiwa na rafiki zake wawili
alitinga ukumbini hapo na kwenda kupozi karibu na DJ a
liyekuwa akisababisha vilivyo huku wakiwa na ‘monde’ (kinywaji)
mkononi.

Chanzo kilisema kuwa, haukupita muda mrefu ‘Top In Dar’
naye alitinga ukumbini humo akiwa na kundi lake wakiwa
‘fulu kinywaji’, ambapo moja kwa moja walikwenda kunakouzwa
‘moja baridi, moja moto’ (kaunta) na kuketi.

Huku akizungukwa na warembo waliokuwa wakimtaka akacheze
nao muziki, TID alishutushwa na kundi lililoongozwa na Chid,
lililovamia warembo wale, kisha kumtishia kumshushia kichapo
mkali huyo maarufu kama sauti ya gerezani.
Chanzo kiliendelea kusema kuwa, TID hakuwa tayari kukutwa na
fedheha hiyo mbele ya ‘totozi’ hivyo alilazika kuonesha maujuzi
ya kurusha ngumu aliyolambishwa toka gerezani.

Ilisemekana kwamba, Chid kama kiongozi wa kundi lake, naye
alijikuta akionesha ubabe wa ‘kitaa’ pale alipomrukia TID na
kujikuta wakizichapa kavukavu.

Baada ya vurugu hilo ambalo lilikuwa ni soo tupu, mabaunsa wa
ndani ya kiwanja hicho walilazimika kuingilia kati kuamulia ngumi
hizo zilizokuwa zikirushwa na mastaa hao kama mvua ya mawe.
Katika timbwili hilo, TID alisikika akidai kuwa, haogopi jela, hivyo
alitaka kumuonesha Chid ‘mbivu na mbichi’ siku hiyo hadi aite maji ‘mma’.

Hata hivyo, kiongozi wa mabaunsa hao (jina tunalo) aliamuru TID
na Chid watolewe nje ya ukumbi huo, kisha kufungiwa kabisa kutinga
katika kiwanja hicho cha maraha.
